The ability to uniquely model and identify an individual's voice makes voice biometric software attractive for many authentication scenarios. Due to the high level of information captured in a voiceprint, Anakam voice biometrics can accommodate environmental voice fluctuations and match individuals with a high degree of accuracy.

In order to create a voiceprint, our automated system prompts users to repeat several simple phrases the first time they call in (or are called). Each sample is checked and users are coached to correct and repeat samples if any problems were found. This one-time process takes only a minute.

Once a user has a voiceprint securely stored in our system, they will be asked to verify during all subsequent calls. During a verification call, users are asked to repeat one simple phrase. This phrase is compared to their stored voiceprint and a “pass” or “fail” result is determined.
